HOW CAN I ADJUST THE HEIGHT THAT MY LIGHT HANGS AT?
It's easy! just cut the braided steel wire to your desired length and insert it into the quick connector. Then tighten the set screw to hold it in place. Detailed instructions are included.
ARE YOUR FIXTURES UL RATED?
Yes. We use only the highest quality UL rated fixtures. UL rating is a rigorous testing standard conducted by the Underwriter's laboratories to detect design flaws and safety issues.
WHAT IS LOW VOLTAGE?
Low voltage lighting uses an electronic transformer to reduce 120 volt (line voltage) to 12 volt low voltage which eliminates the risk of electrical shock.
