| At lightdesign.net we are confident in the quality of our lighting products. We offer a 100% refund on lighting hardware (excluding glass) to customers who contact lightdesign.net within 10 days of receiving their order. All glass shapes are custom-made and therefore cannot be returned except under special circumstances.
To ensure you are satisfied with your order, we recommend ordering a sample of your glass choice. If you feel your final product does not match the sample you received, we will gladly offer a refund if you contact Lightdesign.net within 10 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any damage incurred during return shipping. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Lightdesign.net accepts responsibility for any products that are damaged or broken during their initial shipment. Damaged or broken products will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
